Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, HCM Security (Security Profiles, Users, Roles)
No one with the IT Security Manager role can access the Security Console and we receive the attached error.
Also, no one with the HR Analyst role can search for anyone in Person Management - can search, but no results found. Example, they search for Smith, and 20-30 results should normally return, they find no one.
All HR Analyst users cannot run jobs in Oracle - everyone is receiving the error message ORA-28113: policy predicate has error.
Multiple users had navigated successfully this morning or yesterday to these same areas, but no longer retrieve data or the report throws this new error message.

1. Log in as IT Security Manager
2. Select a person to review
3. Error occurs
