Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Post Journal Entries

When attempting to auto reverse journals - they aren't posted to GL
the following error occurs.

Error:

Essbase error message: Specified load buffer resource usage [0.05] is above currently available value [0]


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Scheduled Processes
2. AutoReverse Journals
3. Fill Parameters


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see reversals posted properly.
