Need a query which lists balance adjustment by element or by balance. This is needed for validating W2c. Business did millions of adjustment and with the Payroll Activity Report it is difficult to retrieve this information. Also the Payroll Activity Report doesn't have data by element name.

Below are the fields that are needed for the Balance Adjustment Report with a parameter to enter the “Balance Name” or “Element Name”:
