Ability to write-off remaining amount for negligible quantity

We have scenario's where in suppose we have 1000 quantities in a contract and after satisfying 998 quantities, the remaining quantities are to be written off, not via contract amendment, but through any online functionality or in bulk.

I understand for fully satisfied contracts we have the process "Residual Account Balance Write-Off", but here the case is to write-off the partially satisfied contracts with negligible amount and quantity.
