Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Post Journal Entries
When attempting to upload spreadsheet journals,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error Code: GL-781919; "ABC YZ": You are using a segment value that does not exist.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to General Accounting-> Journals.
2. Click on Task Panel-> Create Journals in Spreadsheet.
3. Enter the details and Submit.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload journals using spreadsheet.
