On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Create Requisition
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Item is picking BPA instead of internal source in the requisition.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
item will be sourced from internal organization instead of BPA in the requisition
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Enable the feature in Procurement offerings
2) Create and approve a BPA with target item
3) Ensure there is enough on-hand quantity
4) Enter requisition from catalog, choosing the item with both stocks and BPA
5) Destination type as 'Expense"
6) As expected, the item will be sourced from internal organization instead of BPA
