Goal
On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Tax Configuration
Users are attempting tax calculation call from OM, but not getting a tax calculation call when submitting the order. They have tried to configure the OM application from Configuration Owner Tax Options, but are unable to create the configuration due to an error when selecting the event class "Sales transaction". Error message is "You cannot use tax partner calculation for this application event class. (ZX-885789)". How to set up OM to send tax calculation calls to third party tax partner.
