Symptoms

When users try to create work orders, an error is received.


ERROR

ORA-01882: Timezone Region Not Found


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
1. Navigate to Work Execution > Task list: Manage Work Orders
2. Click '+'/Add icon to create a Standard Work Order
3. Error is received.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Work Order should be generated after saving without error.
