Fusion INV: An Error Occurred (FND-2) In Manage Pending Transaction With Delete Option (Doc ID 2517919.1)

When deleting unprocessed records from View Pending Transaction task, the system is throwing an error.

Error :

An error occured. Contact your help desk(FND-2). An Application error has occurred. Your help desk can use following information

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory workarea
2. Go to tasks list and click on Manage Pending Transactions task
3. Click on View Pending transactions
4. Select the unprocessed transactions and click on delete, get error.
