Goal

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Manage Benefits

 “Assign and Update Benefits Relationships” Not Defaulting Secondary Benefit relationships


The process is only generating a benefit relationship for the primary work relationship. It is not considering the secondary relationship

To replicate the issue :
  1- Configure the "Configure Default Benefits Relationships"
  2- Create an employee having 2 work relationships
  2.1- One work relationship is primary associated to the  legal employer1 ( have a primary assignment)
  2.2- Second work relationship is secondary associated to the legal employer2 ( have a primary assignment)
  3- Only one benefit relationship is getting created the one related to 2.1
