Symptoms

Calculation on compensation plans that were imported from another instance into this instance is causing the transactions to be in Calculation Error status.

STEPS

  1. Import compensation plan from TEST into PRODUCTION instance.  The Compensation Plan shows as valid.
  2. Assign the compensation plan to participant.
  3. Create transactions and run process through calculation.
  4. Review the transaction and it shows status is Calculation Error
