Tax Box Return Preparation Report Parameters Question (Doc ID 2523083.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Tax Cloud Service - Version 11.13.19.01.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

We are running the ‘Tax Box Return Preparation Report’ by Ledger. We have 3 Legal Entities assigned to the Ledger and the 3 Legal Entities have the same ‘Tax Registration Number’ because they are in UK and in UK entities that belong to the same group can report VAT under a unique number.
When selecting the ‘Reporting Identifier’ parameter for the ‘Tax Box Return Preparation Report’ the list of values shows the Ledger 3 times, I assume is one for each entity. The parameter shows a concatenation of the ‘Ledger Name’, the ‘Ledger ID’, the ‘VAT Registration Number’ and at the end it shows another ID.
Please, can you clarify what are those IDs? What they represent?
