Symptoms

You have subscribed to an FR report. However, when a different user modifies the report in FR Web Studio, you receive no email notification alerting about the change.

     Note: When a user renames the report from Explore Repository, you (the subscriber) successfully receive an email alert about the change.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In Explore Repository, right mouse click on a report.
2. Select Subscribe from the pop-up menu.
3. Check the box "Subscribe and send email notifications to:"
4. Enter valid email address.
5. Click OK button.
