Goal

Document of record page share common source code with ESS and Admin page. Is there a way to restrict the behavior based on its own record and others record?
Customer has a requirement : Admin Role like Human Resource specialist should have access to View all the employees Document of record and as an employee he should able to add his own document of records. How can this be achieved?
