The View Service Status Window Is Blank After Manually Publishing a Project (Doc ID 2526631.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Enable Publish Projects is checked and Publish projects every is set to 1 minute.  When a user runs Publish Projects, the jobs don't appear in the View Service Status list.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When running Publish Projects, the jobs should be displayed in the View Service Status list.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web.
  2. Open Projects > EPS.
  3. Select Actions > Publish Projects.
  4. Note the reported issue.
