Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to log into P6 Professional using CloudConnect, logging in takes up to 10 minutes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Login should take less than 1 minute.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Launch P6 Professional.
   2. Enter the user credentials and click OK.
   3. Notice issue.
