ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
End-dated and disabled tax lookup codes from lookup type ZX_INPUT_CLASSIFICATIONS are still visible under Tax Classification in invoice creation UI
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

End-dated and disabled tax lookup codes should not be available
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. End-date and disable tax lookup codes from lookup type ZX_INPUT_CLASSIFICATIONS
2. Create invoice
3. End-dated and disabled tax lookup codes are still visible under Tax Classification
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are confused when entering an AP invoice about which tax rate should be chosen
