Symptoms
On Fusion Product Hub :11.13.19.01.0
When attempting to create new categories in a functional area catalog, the following issue occurs.
-- Issue
The user is not able to enable the "Restrict category to item assignment only" parameters
-- What is working
Customer is able to successfully create functional area categories
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Product Information Management
2. Manage Catalogs
3. Edit a functional area catalog (Inventory)
4. Notice that you are not able to enable the "Restrict category to item assignment only" parameter
