Symptoms

On : N/A version, Application Management

While following the documentation below to Configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to use Oracle Identity Cloud Service for Single Sign-On (SSO):

Everything works fine till the section (7 Deploy the EBS Asserter) and after defined the data source, the Data source used for the EBS asserter is not working and seeing the error below.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow the doc:
https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/cloud/idcs/ebs_asserter_obe/ebs-asserter.html

2. Deploy the EBS Asserter.

3. Restart then seeing the error.
