On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Billing - Auto Invoice

Use Invoice Accounting for Credit Memos profile option is set to Yes.

You cannot provide an account assignment for credit memo transactions when the AR: Use Invoice Accounting for Credit Memos profile option is set to Yes.
