Symptoms
When the worker submits the goals for approval, he is getting the following error:
ERROR
-----------------------
The approval transaction failed because of an error. Submit goal changes for approval again. If the problem persists, contact your HR specialist. (HRG-3120298)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Worker
2. Add 40 or more goals
3. Submit the goals for approval
4. Get the error message HRG-3120298
