Cancelled work relationship resulted in Orphan person record.

User continue to have issues with random cancelled work relationships over the last couple of months

They ran the diagnostic report "Correct Person Type Usage Data" and both reports state: Type usage related corruption not detected.

The orphan record person number is: XXXXXXXXXX the work relationship was cancelled and the employee was later hired again with a new Person Number.
