Excessive OR Large Audit file Generation in OCI-C DBCS Which Result In /u01 Directory Full (Doc ID 2529006.1)

Symptoms

Customer noticed excessive Audit file generation in their OCI-C DBCS VM, where some of the files are 10M in size.
They observed that the files are created after an RMAN "crosscheck backup" operation. 

Typical Audit file contains entries like:
