Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EDIT button greyed out for xxxxx


Unable to Edit employee assignment record because the EDIT button is grey, but there does not appear to be a transaction to process.

BPM shows 3 transactions, but none in progress.
TAC shows only one of the 3 and it is for Person Management and still not in progress.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Edit button should not be disabled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


PN xxxxxx
 – Edit button is grey on the Manage Employment screen.

No existing transactions in process. There is one that was Deleted, but no active ones.

Nothing shows in the Transaction Console either (note: the transaction that has been Deleted is
not even here.)

DTA - Data Change 8/9/2018 TransfersAppro - Stale
