Fusion Global HR: Edit Button Is Greyed Out - Unable to Find Transaction (Doc ID 2529746.1)

Symptoms

Unable to Edit employee assignment record because the Edit button is greyed out, but there does not appear to be a transaction to process in Transaction Console.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Edit button should not be disabled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Search for a particular employee and navigate to Manage Employment page

2. Edit button is greyed out.

3. No existing transactions in progress in Transaction Console.
