Talent Review Assessment Tab On Spotlight Page From Org Chart (Doc ID 2529832.1)

Unable to view the Talent Review Assessment when Accessing on Spotlight page from Org Chart as test employee that has access to that page. They are able to view it in Team Talent.

User can access it since have administration rights in the system. However when logged in as one of test employee can't see the TRA tab in Person spotlight from Organization Chart. But can see it when access person spotlight via Team Talent and yes, in production environment they can access it from the Organization Chart. Please advise on what privilege on the security role would allow access via Org Chart. Attached screenshots. Appreciate your input
