Symptoms
An object of type Department with the name xxx already exists.
The requirement is to update a department name to reflect the correct naming convention.
Currently the only workaround is to add a space in front of the name. But this is not feasible and the space needs to be removed.
ERROR

An object of type Department with the name xxx already exists. Enter a unique name.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit Department: xxx
2. Error occurs
