ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Payroll calculation is incorrect for employee as the proration is not working as expected on assignment change (through People group Value).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up People Group.
2. Make changes adding new Group.
3. Value for pay is incorrect.
