How to use Tax Registration number in Determining Factor Set

Users want to define tax rules based on whether Tax Registration number (TRN)of First Party and Third party are same. In Determining factor set users are able to see First Party & Third party tax registration number as option however factor name is appearing as Status. users want to compare whether First party and third party belong to same VAT group (i.e. if they have same TRN or not)

While creating Determining Factor sets, when users select determining factor class as "Registration", in "Tax class qualifier" users see options including "First Party Tax registration number" which users want to use in Condition Sets. In Condition set users can check only if party is registered or not but they can't check if TRN are equal or not.

If TRN can't be compared as intended functionality then what is the use of giving First party TRN & Third Party TRN as option.
