Symptoms

Connecting to ATP using sqlplus over Fast Connect after setting public peering is failing with below error

sqlplus connection

$ sqlplus admin/<password>@tns_alias 


Error reported

ORA-28864: SSL connection closed gracefully

OR

ORA-28862: SSL connection failed
