Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Billing - Transactions

When attempting to complete transaction,
the following error occurs.

The value provided for the DI-VTL-XYZ attribute is invalid. (ZX-885076)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Receivables>Billing
2. Create Transaction
3. Complete Transaction

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete transaction.
