Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Capture Transactions-Manage Intercompany Transactions

When attempting to enter Intercompany batch through Excel template the following error occurs.

ERROR

GL Period was not open

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Inter Company Batch
2. Submit Batch
