FAH: Import Accounting Transactions Error ORA-12899: value too large for column

Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Import Accounting Transactions job error
Whmn running Import Accounting Transactions for FAH, the below error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
ExecutionBizErrorException:Unable to load transactions because of business errors.
The log shows:
Record 695573: Rejected - Error on table "FUSION_DYNAMIC"."ADXX_XLA_XL_3269237", column CHAR6.
ORA-12899: value too large for column CHAR6 (actual: 139, maximum: 100)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Go to Scheduled Process
3. Run Import Accounting Transactions job
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot load FAH data in fusion needed for conversion.
