When attempting a Bulk API Export, error messages similar to those below are returned:
Bulk export failed: Unexpected synchronization status: [error] recordIndex: 0
message: Error when exporting members to csv file.
message: There was an error processing the export.
message: Sync processed for sync , resulting in Error status.
