On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Other Issues

User with custom AP inquiry role has also been assigned duty roles:
-ORA_AP_WEBCENTER_IMAGE_INQUIRY_DUTY
-ORA_AP_WEBCENTER_DOCUMENT_VIEW_DUTY

Why is user still not able to view scanned invoices and invoice images in Payables dashboard?
