When attempting to Send FPS/EPS Files To HMRC,
the following error occurs:
1046: Authentication Failure. The supplied user credentials failed validation for the requested service.
An application error occurred. An assertion failure was detected at location ReportUtils.callJavaClass:5.
A system error occurred during processing. Contact your help desk.
HMRC-PAYE-RTI-FPS:UndefinedClass submit error; no CorrelationID returned
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. attempting to Send FPS/EPS Files To HMRC;
2. stuck error occurs.
