Fusion BI Publisher - Downloaded Report Name Is Not Translated As Per Manage Catalog Caption Setup

Goal
When a BI Publisher report name is translated using Catalog Caption option from Administration -> Manage Catalog Captions , the exported file (xls, rtf or any other format) in not translated, even if the user is login in the
translated language.
For example: report name Report Person Number, translated in French as Rapport Numero Personne using Catalog Caption, when exported , the generated file name is Report Person Number_Template in English, even if the user is
login in French version of application.
Report names translated using Manage Catalog Captions functionality are not exported with translated name when login in another language than ENU.
