Unable to Change Status of Active Flag in Registrations in GTM (Doc ID 2533895.1)

Symptoms

Not able to change the status of active flag of Registrations.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Licenses and Registration - Registration and do a blank search.
2. Edit any Registration and remove the Active flag.
3. Check the Registration again - the Active flag is still there.
