Goal

Turn off appointment invite email from O365 web addin

We have disabled emailed meeting invites in Engagement Cloud when an appointment is created in Engagement Cloud and a contact is added to it. This is still working when an appointment is created from within Engagement Cloud.

However, when an appointment is created from within the O365 Outlook web portal addin (not by clicking "Share Item," but by opening the addin and going to Activities>Create>Appointment) an invite is emailed to contacts associated with the appointment.

How do we turn off email notifications from the addin? We want our reps to only be able to contact customers through Outlook, not through Engagement Cloud.
