Every Invoice Being Imported As Incomplete After Running Autoinvoice (Doc ID 2534567.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Billing - Auto Invoice

When attempting to import AutoInvoice,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
No error occurs; however, every invoices is being imported in an incomplete status. 



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import AutoInvoice
2. Query invoice
3. See incomplete

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users must manually complete all invoices that have been imported. .
