Goal
The Payroll Assignment ID context value is not available in the Oracle Payroll Formula, and due to this we are not able to access the database item (DBI) that has the dependency on payroll Assignment ID.
How to access the PAY_ASG_HIRE_DATE DBI in Payroll Formula and set the Payroll Assignment ID context for this DBI to return the value.
The Oracle Payroll Formula was used where the GET_CONTEXT(PAYROLL_ASSIGNMENT_ID,-1) is returning -1 instead of actual value."
