Symptoms

Issue while processing life event after open enrollment.


ERROR
-----------------------
The potential life event Open is in manual status. Resolve the manual life event to either void or detected status, and then reprocess.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Open Enrollment
2. Process Open for employee.
3. Make elections
4. Process another Life Event after Open enrollment
5. Error is thrown.
