On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Performance

When attempting to load corporate card statements from bank server, ESS jobs completing successfully but user see below error in output and log files

Output file : An application error occurred while downloading the transaction file. Contact your help desk. (EXM-630323)

Log file : Primary download failed trying alternate downloader An application error occurred while downloading the transaction file. Contact your help desk. (EXM-630323)
