Item Class Security is not Honored in Item Creation via NIR (Doc ID 2537299.1)

Goal

Customer is  using the NIR functionality in Product Hub 18C and they are encountering an issue regarding Security Setup.

They  have created roles that allow users to only create items in a particular item class. (Manage Item Class > Select Item Class > Security >
Add role and define functions below.
Example: A user with the MOBILE role can only create an item in the MOBILE item class.

For the creation of items the customer uses the New Item Request functionality. However, selecting the items for the NIR, customer  sees that the user with
the MOBILE role can add items of other item classes, for which he normally cannot create any items.
Example: A user with the MOBILE role, who is only allowed to create items in the MOBILE item class, can add items of ACCESSOIR item class to a NIR and
submit this NIR.

The functionality should be that a user who is only allowed to create an item for a specific class should only be able to add items of the same item class
to the NIR.
