Symptoms

You created and downloaded a snapshot from an OAC instance, now you are trying to import it in another instance which has a newer version (for example, you are trying to upload a 105.1.1-14 snapshot into 105.2.0-311) but this error is displayed:

Snapshot upload failed. Encryption failure found.
