Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Capture Transactions-Approve Journals

When attempting to approve the journals
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Journals
2. Submit journal for approval

3. Valid approver is not able to approve the journals

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to approve the journals
