On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Create and Manage Journals
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

[IMPL SPT]Journal Action Log missing Approver
Users are seeing the approver record missing within the action log of a journal, but in Manage Journals, we can see the approver. We notice there are manager changes of the users on the journals.
In other cases, we are seeing the approver missing in Manager Journals and in the Action Log.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Approver details must be available
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > General Accounting > Manage Journals UI > Search Journal Batch
2. Go to Action Log tab
3. For few journal batches Approver details are missing.
