On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Talent Review

When attempting to update an position for an employee that is CEO,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Attribute ManagerType in DirectSupervisorDEO is required.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Person Management
2. Search for Employee
3. Update Position
