Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
XXX Project is no longer accessible by Project Manager

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Project Manager should have access to view the project

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the project and tasks
2. Primary project manager is not able to view the project
