In the "Manage Bonus Rules" screen, user is unable to create bonus rule and rate

ERROR

On creation, the error message is:
View object BonusRuleVO does not include a primary key attribute StartPeriod of entity base FlexfieldDataEO

On attempting to add a rate, the error message is:
Detail entity BonusRateEO with row key null cannot find or invalidate its owning entity

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to "Setup and Maintenance"
2) From the "Financials" offering, select the "Manage Bonus Rules" task
3) Click the "+" to create a new bonus rule
