Error Occurs After Running Schedule Process "Import AutoInvoice" (Doc ID 2540240.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Billing - Auto Invoice

When attempting to import transaction using SOAP service and import AutoInvoice
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
You cannot provide a blank vg_global_coa. (AutoInvoice import process error: {NULL)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Insert a line in ra_interface_lines_all and ra_interface_distributions_all via SOAP service (processInterfaceLine and processInterfaceDistribution).
2.Run scheduled process 'Import AutoInvoice' to load data from interface table to base table

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot create transaction
